Torchlight I - Modded.

Great looking game IMO, heavily modded with every mod found here: http://www.alteredgamer.com/torchlight/118564-the-best-modifications/

Interesting Class known as 'Lady Knight' which I suspect is a Paladin/Cleric.

Can't wait for Torchlight II, after the horrible mess of Diablo III, it should make up for it and restore my faith in dungeon crawlers.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R : Call of Pripyat (Misery mod).

Some of the time this mod runs with great fps, epsecially when you consider that it's one of thee most visually ambitious mods for Stalker available. Unfortunately, turning off AA seems to make almost no difference to the frame rate. I would naturally be inclined to suggest that it is my cpu which is bottlenecking the gpu quite severly in some instances.

I guess Stalker is more cpu dependent than I first realised, though I haven't noticed it in previous mods - well, no way near to this level anyway.

I tried to mod my retail S.T.A.L.K.E.R a while back with a few simple mods, just the atmos-fear and absolute texture mods, with a few tweaks such as selling damaged items to vendors and vendors having unlimited cash etc. Nothing game crippling whatsoever, just a texture replacement, a slight engine overhaul and a few values changed.

Whenever I tried to run it the 'X-Ray Engine' stopped working on launch and wouldn't even boot. I'm planning to buy it on Steam soon enough anyway, hopefully that would fix it, if not, would you mind if I added you as a friend on here for when I get it, as I may need help if it goes wrong. Thank you!

I know what you mean about selling damaged items to traders. It's a shame that you can only sell items to vendors if it's in an almost perfect condition. I would have thought a reduced rate for components would be best, since in reality the trader would very likely still be able to find some use for it / sell on parts, make repairs, etc.

I know :/ in an environment like The Zone you'd think a trader would absolutely light up at the sight of say; an Ak47 or an Mp5, regardless of whether it was working or not, as jury rigged weapons are so prone to jamming and complete combustion! What would be amazing is a mod that allows you to dismantle weapons into parts, like firing pins, triggers, loading bolts etc. that have set values depending on what weapon they come from. Things like that would be in very high demand!

That looks so sick, thought it was RIFT at first till I got to the top and saw TERA, they really need to do a EU 10 day trial or something

Definitely try it. I'm slowly making my way toward the level cap with my first char. It's not going to be for everyone though. Apart from the combat system and graphics it doesn't offer too much more than other MMOs.

Pretty standard quest grinding really.

It isn't all that, I'm going to go back to lotro.

The free aim mechanic in Tera isn't revolutionary like I thought it might be, and you're still pressing number keys like every other mmo.

Meh, just didn't have that creative spark imo, felt like every other fantasy mmo I've played.

Can I get you a trial? I have the game is there some invite I can give to you, I'd be more than happy to help.

Yeah, I've had fun with it so far and last night was my first time playing it, it's developed by SCS, they decided to release this in the meantime until they release ETS2 which they are currently working on, looking forward to seeing ETS2 also

Tu-114 1959 Khruschev, lovely aircraft that had a 5 man flight crew (without Stewards). One man sat in the nose, the flight air mechanic, suppose if something went wrong in flight he would pop out and fix it... :eek:

Taking off here from Podagorsk airport, a military airport. Both the aircraft and the island/map are Arma 2 mods..
