Forgot to upload the actual screenshots.
Guild Wars 2 (hotlinked to Steam Cloud, hope I'm ok to do that)
Finished now. Most edits on a post ever.
Nice to see someone else playing through retro games at the moment. None of the new releases have gotten me too excited.
Honestly that game (RE2?) doesn't look that bad. It's got art style. Deus Ex (I actually posted some screenshots of that a few pages back) looks terrible. It all looks like this:
Not a PC game but I also recently played through Chrono Cross and that game looks great despite having about 2 polygons because it has a genuine art style to it.
Deus Ex looks terrible because it's all the exact same concrete texture copy pasted.
RUNE: Classic! It's on Steam if anybody is interested, £5.59 until the 20th of June in which it returns to its original price of £6.99!
Best game I've played in a very long time, I would have posted in a higher resolution except the game only properly supports 1024 x 768!
It Is a good game once you get a few hours in I have the original here
Not sure on the A2 scale in this pic, but the Mi26 Russian helicopter on the right was, and possibly still is, the largest helicopter ever to be produced, don't know if they are still flying them.
I dont need to buy RUNE now that I've seen the whole game in pictorial form
No way Rune, what a classic
I was browsing through my Steam screenshots page earlier and came across these Rage screenshots. I think I took them from about the time the game came out.
I didn't get far into the game before I had to stop playing (real life issue ), but I'm thinking I may have to give it another go now.
Yea its still flying and is still the largest helo around and the only one with 8-blade main rotor as well. Also they have made a next-gen model (glass cockpit, more powerful engines etc).
Interesting competition coming up actually - the Indian Air Force wants a new heavy-lift helo and the next-gen Mi26 and the latest Chinook will be competing!
