The High-Res Screenshot Thread!

Omaeka I'm not having a go again but you should think about upgrading to 1080p at least. You've got your games looking great but you really need a higher res to compete with some of the better skyrim shots in this thread.

A 6850 :p average of about 28fps outdoors and around 34fps indoors, a lot of people would complain about that but I thought it was more in the 40's until I used the ENB's fps tracker, was shocked to see it dip as little as 22 in some places and it still felt smooth and responsive. Consoles must game at like 17fps or something, either that or a mouse must feel so much more responsive than a gamepad, because I don't remember Skyrim running even that smoothly on Xbox.

I've had the same experience with some Stalker or Morrowind mods, so I know what you mean (if it's smooth and doesn't cause eye strain, then the number of frames doesn't hold as much weight). :)

I can bump it up to 1080p but my game runs pretty badly, drops a good 8 or so fps on average. As I'm working now, hopefully I'll be able to upgrade to a i5/7850 in the near future, then I'll game at 1080p. I hear people on i5's with a similar card to me can reach 60fps almost on average maxed @ 1080p, that's crazy! :D

True, Skyrim, even at vanilla has a brilliant color range/pallet, very easy to look at.

EDIT: Just found this! Funny how the regular, giant spiders, or even the modded, 'legendary' 100 foot tall spiders don't bother me in the slightest... but this... I feel physically ill and my skin s crawling!

If you can get in a game, it bugs out on the menu for me because I think the servers are down atm. On the bright side I can run every game in my library bar Skyrim on the upscaled 1080p. Shame I can only be bothered taking Skyrim pics. :p

Just finished SR3 and it was an awesome experience :D
Imma gonna replay with a friend and that should hopefully make it even better!
Just a lil' complicaion video showing just some of the stuff you can do in SR3...
What other game lets you drive round in a Pink pimped-out garbage truck as a toilet while shooting rockets out the window?

Thats the only rproplem i had with this game. Even though it was super fun to do all these i felt that the game relied on these moments too much. The story was loose and a bit dissapointing (without any spoilers), the graphics were pretty good but it didn't always feel like a living, breathing world.

The worst problem for me was pop-in. MY GOD this got me frustrated sometimes. Driving down the motorway in a super speedy car and another car pops in right infront of you and you crash. Damn it.

Is the tessellation here normal? Surely can't be good for performance, lol.

Still waiting for a game to make an interesting and meaningful use of tessellation, rather than just a silly effect to make things look more 'bumpy'.

Because you obviously enjoy the horrible fake post process look that most ENB's give. Didn't spend ages tweaking with mine to get it looking realistic for nothing, anyone can extract a generic, plastic looking ENB into the directory, bro.

Realistic lighting mod, its good for pretty screenshots but is useless for actual gameplay, made it my goal to get an ENB that worked well without it.
