A 6850 average of about 28fps outdoors and around 34fps indoors, a lot of people would complain about that but I thought it was more in the 40's until I used the ENB's fps tracker, was shocked to see it dip as little as 22 in some places and it still felt smooth and responsive. Consoles must game at like 17fps or something, either that or a mouse must feel so much more responsive than a gamepad, because I don't remember Skyrim running even that smoothly on Xbox.
Omaeka I'm not having a go again but you should think about upgrading to 1080p at least. You've got your games looking great but you really need a higher res to compete with some of the better skyrim shots in this thread.
I've had the same experience with some Stalker or Morrowind mods, so I know what you mean (if it's smooth and doesn't cause eye strain, then the number of frames doesn't hold as much weight).
