nah i don't think so at all. only played it on the 360 a little bit and its so much smoother on my pc. textures don't just pop up out of nowhere and aiming with a mouse is much better. love me the sniper
Infact, what am I on about. I just noticed the FPS counter on the screenshots. How can anything over 30 not be smooth.
Wouldn't call 30-40 smooth by a long shot.

Well if you're playing a game before anyone else and saying it doesn't feel as good as the 360 version. It might be helpful to explain why incase the game isn't worth buying.

whats to enlighten? I personally wouldn't call 30-40 fps smooth, i find anything that isn't 59-60 (basically refresh rate) to not be smooth.
It is if yaboy thinks the 360 version runs better.

Not owning a xbox i wouldn't know, but if he finds that it looks and feels smother on the xbox, how can you say thats wrong, without stealing his eyes/brain tv xbox and pc and testing it for your self :/
It's locked to 30fps on the 360 so it'd be smoother.

He's just explained it's only that high in the cutscenes anyway.
If your personal preference is 60 that doesn't mean 30+ isn't smooth, its hardly a lag fest.
Forget his PC's specs as it seems it doesn't do the game justice.
It runs 60 FPS in a lot of areas and non-panning (cut)scenes, of course open areas start to lag a little but then what modern 3D game of similar quality doesn't.
