Doom 3 + Perfected mod. Some options are disabled, depending on the shot. Unfortunately, to get a decent frame rate, I had to turn off a few of the advanced graphics options. Time for a new card.

Sorry but I only showed screenshots? Didn't mention anything about how or where to do this?

I would understand if I listed a complete guide.
