So I hear this is making its way to PC now- Galaxy on Fire 2 HD. After playing it on a tablet I'm looking forward to playing it with real controls that don't stick!

I know I'll probably get some flack for this but imho Bioshock 2 was the best of the lot.

You're not alone. I preferred 2 to 1 though I haven't played 3 yet.

Gothic 4, not many shots but it's a beautiful game none the less. Runs anywhere between 60 and 100 fps at this quality too, cracker.

I think I'll pick up the Gothic games in a sale, always wanted to try them out.

Gothic 4 is pretty good kind of simple but it all works and is quite engaging, as well as pretty. I struggle to max it though on my sig spec.

Except the voice acting- still have nightmares.

Gothic is a brilliant RPG, the epitome of the euRPG games. 4 is by far the best one simply because it's near enough the exact same as the previous 3 but with an ultra modern look. Runs much better than 2 and 3 (especially 3) did on my rig, they were absolute dogs.

Animations and voice acting are still as terrible as ever though. The interactivity you can have with the world is unmatched, shame none of it really amounts to much though, even Skyrim lets you cut wood/mine ores for actual purpose, it's all nothing but animations in Gothic but there's so much of it it's unreal.

Every Gothic game is £10 on Steam atm, including the Gothic 4 expansion.

Can never get over how good stalker looks with mods, such an old game that's so ugly standard, made to look modern and legit, really impressive.

Bioshock: Infinite with some SweetFX. I thought Dishonored was a technical showcase for the withering Unreal 3, Infinite takes it even further. My only real issue with the game is the fact that I had to tweak the .ini file in order to remove the abysmal shadow LOD cap that they didn't improve from the consoles, nothing worse than chasing a fade line in the shadows where ever you go.

Autumn Aurora is amazing. Just a shame how easy artifacts are to find one you have a decent (Bear) detector and figure out the mechanics.
