That does look pretty nice, but is it vanilla? Iirc Fallout 3 was one of the ugliest games of it's year, so I'm guessing it isn't. Either that or Killswitch has a photographers eye.

Damn Shadow Warrior was a step in the right direction from Hard Reset. 
The only 3 screenies I have on my PC (damn format):

Yeah it's just the GOTY edition, haven't got any mods installed at the moment. I guess downscaling the photos from the native 1920x1080 to 1280x720 makes them look better.

If you aren't planning on modding it, you should try this still. Takes five seconds to install, your shots look nice as it is and this will just make them even better.

Thanks mate, I'll give it an install and try taking a few more pics later on. Hopefully the game won't spaz out, I never used to have any problems with Fallout 3 crashing but since this fresh install of Windows it's locked up 4 or 5 times in only 1.5 hours of play!

Not sure if I like it or not, it seems to add more bloom effect and I think that in some areas it looks great but I do miss the vanilla look. The clouds are a definite improvement over the standard though so I might just see if I can find a nice cloud mod and leave the rest of the game as the developer intended.

I think they look loads better now but that's opinion I guess It's been a few hundred years since the bombs dropped so I can't see any reasoning for everything to be green like vanilla. Couldn't play it without Fellout tbh, also can't seem to play it without crashing either.

Yup I hear you on the crashes, so annoying that they released it like that, does New Vegas have similar problems? I played it quite a lot on PS3 and it seemed to have pretty similar issues to FO3.

If you mean mine, there probably is quite a bit. They started off as 8MB .bmp files taken by the SMAA injector. Now they are about 200KB it seems after conversion to .jpg.
