I've been playing a bit of the Saboteur. I quite like its art and atmosphere:

Needs more HUD.

When you liberate part of the city from the Nazis, it goes to normalish colours.

The English Love Interest who will blatantly die or turn evil:

The Badguy who will probably not turn out to be the proper bad guy:

OK, maybe he is pretty bad...

Sean the Irish protagonist is bit too Irish for me but I have warmed up to him with quotes like "Salute this, you ****-Jockey!" as a kraut glitchily ragdolls and bounces over my car's bonnet, and "Dear ******, sorry about the bang up, please send the bill to me arse" as I drive the bad guy's car off a cliff.

Those S.T.A.L.K.E.R shots have inspired me to give the game another go now I have an SSD, let's hope it fixes the turd performance.

Those Thief shots further back are beautiful, also.

I found going from a Q6600 to a 3570K made a very noticeable difference. I now get none of the slow down in isolated areas that I used to receive in Misery 1.1 .

Well I can't even report... it just crashes 'X-Ray Engine 1.6 has crashed' as soon as it goes to the main menu with the guy sitting on a mattress.
