Why not the newest one bud? Also, keep 'em coming, I love S.T.A.L.K.E.R screens. :D

I guess I spoke too soon; I started getting crashes and lock-ups when in Jupiter, and what with restarting a new game every time when a new patch comes out, I think it'll be best to wait this out until it's had its final update (there's beta / temporary fixes springing everywhere atm).

I'd still recommend anyone to try it out as they may not get the issues I've had - it's definitely getting better with each patch. You really notice the design changes that are absent when you try any other 'decent' mods out there, and sigh a little when you can't sell a weapon to a trader - just because its not in near perfect condition, though I do think I prefer the visual appearance of the first mod.

Enjoy your new card tomorrow. :)

Yeah i'm just glad that there's so many game I still have to complete till I get back to S.T.A.L.K.E.R and all it's mods. Have you seen this?

It's amazing how they can still push the ancient XRay engine.

Wow, I'm going to download that tonight! I should be cutting back on games. After not playing much for a while I came back to Mass Effect 3 multiplayer and now Skyrim. In two weeks I've put 56 hours into Skyrim haha.

That mod for STALKER SoC looks amazing.

Off the top of my head, the ones I would play right now are (for Call of Pripyat) MISERY 1.1 or 2.1 beta / SGM 2.1 / 2.2. For SOC, I'd look at Autumn Aurora 2. Check out moddb or the GSC forums for more suggestions. :)

Tried to get into it but still too many buttons and key combinations for me to remember, I'll stick to my world war sims.

Joystick - pitch, roll, yaw,power
Trackir- look around
Joystick hat - move target designator cursor, (same hat switch with shift button) move radar beam up/down left/right.
Joystick buttons : lock on,change missile type, fire, fire cannon, turn on radar, chaff/flares.

That's all there is too it ;) Ace Combat has the same, but you do not have to turn on radar, move radar, move cursor. But Ace Combat also does not have the flight physics of Flaming Cliffs and the general vastness and scale.

Apache after being hit with my Mig-29's cannon (game- Flaming Cliffs 3)
