I never understand why you don't do what everyone else does in stating what game it is, the screenshots are excellent but I can never tell what game you're playing.

What Mod are you using mr.marvelous

The 'Absolute' mods (textures/nature). Basically pretty much vanilla CoP with better graphics.

I never understand why you don't do what everyone else does in stating what game it is, the screenshots are excellent but I can never tell what game you're playing.

It's like a post-nuclear apocalyptic, open world FPS game(goes for all Stalker games) with a mix of like survival and RPG elements and bunch of supernatural crap. Think something like Fallout 3 meet Metro 2033.

There's a lot of great ideas in these games, though I was never fully sold on the overall execution, but I know a lot of people love them to death and say they are open world done right.

No worries dude, the screenies do look amazing and I've not played Stalker since I got it at release..so tempted to go back now.

Those into STALKER games... give MISERY for CoP a go if you haven't already. It's really good and very difficult, especially at first. It just adds so much more micro management like cooking and weapon repairs etc. It's great.
