Or maybe some people just think there's not enough evidence/information to make a judgment, maybe that's a radical idea to those with a propensity to prejudge others but some (most?) people try to reserve judgment until they have a better understanding.

e: Just to add. I personally don't care about these moral judgments but something tells me the people who've been making them against Huw probably care a lot more about morals than i do, personally all i care about is the unreasonable, illogical, judgements that have been made.
