Downloaded iOS 5 for 3GS and iTunes 10 beta 9 but scared to install both as I don't have my UDID registered

iOS 5 GM has already been jailbroken.

I'm seeing conflicting reports so I'm holding off. The full release is only a week off, I'm sure we can manage

(plus devs can get their apps updated ready).

People in the MacRumors iOS 5 GM thread are saying installs fine with iTunes Beta/5GM etc even with none developer accounts

With it been a GM release I would have thought and assumed no developer account is needed to install just download officially.
