All this talk of fry-ups and bacon around here lately... I just couldn't resist any longer and made one for my dinner today.

4 sausage - allbeit fairly small-ish ones :/
3 bacon - smoked back
3 eggs - with perfectly gooey yolks
A few chips (as no fried bread!)
baked beans - cooked last, in the same pan to get the bacon/sausage flavour :D
Washed down with a litre of coke

Nothing epic, but it hit the spot!

am i getting this right he paid £7 for all you can eat breakfast and basically just ordered beans on toast? with some sides

yes, and then only ate half of it :)
but fair play to him though for trying it out and sharing his experience.. makes me wanna go there right now!

lol

Came with drinks and unlimited access to the continental table too.

Next time I go I'll do better.

The reason I failed to eat more of the bread was because it started to go hard. Next time I'll order the bread in small quantities.

Anyway, overall it was a cool experience!

Total waste of an all you can eat, but I think I'll find a Beefeater to try this out :)

A real, real shame they don't have hash browns though.

Are we talking about the premier inn all you can eat breakfast?
It's rubbish. Scrambled eff is rubbish. Bacon and sausage is very hit and miss. No fried bread. No hash browns and mushrooms taste rubbish and very oily.

Isn't that Brewer's Fayre?

Beefeater
I'm there every third week. Intact down there for the next two weeks on Monday.

There's a restraint and bar both beefeater and food served from same kitchen, same menu. Breakfast is only served in the restaraunt bit and advertised as premier inn rather than beefeater.

Was just wondering if it's that, or if proper beefeaters open up for breakfast as well.

Our Premier Inn has a Brewer's Fayre. I'm struggling to find a beefeater round here.

I need to start using my local brekkie place. I live ( no lie) literally 30 seconds walk from a Crown carvery.

They do a breakfast of 3 rashers, 2 sausages, black pudding and all the fried egg, scrambled egg, beans, toms, mush, hash browns, fried slice and toast you can eat for £4.49. Not a bad price imo.

Never ever used it though.

I can see an OCUK breakfast mission coming on to try and find the countries best.
