More like day 0 Edition lol. I don't think im going to use the code (apart from the Multiplayer skins)... seems like cheats to me to the people who need them the least. 
Mine was ordered on the 28th June and it was the one that was detailed as [pre-order bonus] which then later disappeared.
Seems it's a total lottery what you get.

Same mate, mine says that also, I emailed them! Might aswell get it if that was what I ordered. The Bonus MP XP will come in handy.

I appear to be missing the bonus bit... ?
I got the game today from Gamestop and also am missing the pre-order bonus. It's not the survival pack is it? Because that is included in the case.
So it's not the pre-order bonus?
It is, that's how Gamestop listed it on their site.
