I'm just escaping the capitol building at the moment, up against all the soldiers just after you get the long rifle, trying to do it stealthily but failing miserably as there are too many of them patrolling everywhere.

They fixed this in a patch this evening! might need to restart the game from the XMB to get it though?
 
1.01 is pretty broken for me, freezing/auto saving failing, deleting the patch and going offline, see if that fixes it...
 
Spent a good few hours playing this today. Absolutely incredible. Actually finding the multiplayer quite fun too
 
Picked up a copy in my local Game yesterday afternoon. I have only played about two hours last night - generally liking the game, haven't really 'bonded' with the characters yet, hopefully that will change.

Played about 2hrs so far and cant say I agree with the ratings it has received. Its a incredible looking game, but nothing has wowed me yet (apart from the story).

The AI seems a little broken at the bit where the guards and torches.

Will still play it further, but actually disappointed to an extent after getting hyped about it.
 
Well I've played quite a lot of this and...

Wow. What a game.

The gameplay is very solid and intense, you're often on edge!

The story and characters are just something else altogether though...

Superb.
 
Shame about the box being a bit squashed, will keep that in mind if I ever order something fragile from Tesco again.

Decent little extras in the pack though, think I might feel a bit conned if I'd paid nearer to £60 for it as some seemingly have, but for £40, it's a nice bundle.

Anyway, time to play the damn thing. At least I don't need to worry about having my save progress lost now. :D
 
No new patch. The save issue was with their servers, They were collecting stats from everyone and that somehow messed with the save feature of the game, Fixed fairly quickly and even had a dev on neogaf asking what the issue was, then reporting back they had found the issue, owned up and apologised to everyone. So yeah fixed :)

Was on this till 2:30 am, currently 35% in. Very good so far and seems to be getting better, Just got a feeling it's all going to end too quickly for me :(. But I think that's more a reflection on how much I'm enjoying the game.
