My copy didn't arrive today, I went into town and hit everywhere till I found that asda had 2 left in stock from their second delivery of the day.
So I bought one and I'll either give the other copy to the stepson or send it back.

Popped into the Tesco near where I work at lunchtime to pick up a copy and they had loads (Gateshead Town Centre), £38.00.

Stuck in work again, and actually have a bit of work to do tonight, hopefully should get this on in here once I've finished everything. Should be able to play from around 2ish until 7 which should get me a decent chunk in to the game!

Great game so far and struggled to put down like others! Only gripes is the loading times and the prologue was buggy as hell, had to reload twice. Got further in and no problems now, save working too. I always pause before exiting. The last save timer is a good idea and worth checking before quitting. 
I'm not sure what's better. Stuck at actual work, or stuck at home, with the game, everything ready to go and I'm still preparing our site migrations for tomorrow..

I've been playing it on hard and had to switch it back on as there are areas that would be impossible unless you got really lucky without it.

Definitely being at home with no distraction, at any point we could have a network outage at any one of our sites so I won't get much chance to play it, so far I've been here since 19.00 and haven't even managed to set my ps3 up!
What do others recommend regards setings to start with? About to put it in...

Normal. It's still tricky. Then go hard on the second play through.

I'm doing my 1st play through on hard and will probably do my 2nd on survivor as long as there is an achievement for it!

This is what I think everytime I see someone say this after attempting it.
The first big room with all the clickers in is impossible on hard without listening mode
Totally.
And just wait til later in the game, there are even harder areas that I think would be impossible without it.
