Did anyone preorder the link amiibo from Amazon?

It was 29 odd quid but had the pre order price promise thing so expected (hoped) it would to drop to the RRP of 12.99 but never did and Amazon have charged the higher amount to my card today.

I thought the scalpers were on eBay, not when supplied and delivered direct from Amazon.
