Oft hope is born when all is forlorn…
I thought that too.. the Young Elron character I thought was mis-cast as he comes across a bit pompus and irritating in the first few episodes... untill it's like.. oohhh. ok then... a lot of stuff happens... and I think it's done really well. but that' just my opinion.
Same view here, I think I struggled through the first episode when this was first released and haven't bothered with the rest, I was hoping it would be better.

No way they have the success they expected or the prime membership increases as a result. They spent the most amount ever to make that show and need to find a way to get it back.

It's expected in 2025 or even 2026. It was expected to be released two years after the first even before we got the writers and actors strikes.
All the action scenes they going to put into it.
They might have just realised they can’t write for **** after noticing most of their viewers couldn’t finish watching this crap.
So they are going to up the action. Pew!! Pew!! Try and keep people’s attention that way.

Indeed... Keep doing this, but cancel The Peripheral? Stupid (although I realise that show isn't everyone's cup of tea either).Honestly can't believe this is getting a second season

I guess they have already ploughed far too much money into rings of power to just give up on it. But I honestly can't see it improving.

I think we got near the end of the 2nd or 3rd episode, I honestly can’t remember. Just terrible, and didn’t (for us) show any signs of getting better.

I remember when this was announced, I was so excited for it, especially with the budget being touted.
They have just utterly ignored the source material. Such a shame.
