I'm not sure I could cope with wooden flooring though, especially with a wheely chair. Are you considering carpeting around the desk area?

nah love wood floor : it rolls very nicely but only when i want it to :)

air con is Cold & Hot :)

got finish the 2nd bathroom with Shower/sink/Toilet. but first bathroom is complete with toilet :)

next upgrades will be possible
290x Xfire/Titan SLI - Considering putting the 7990 to rest :p
Wireless A/C < Laptop supports it only at the moment
4K TV < no broadcasts yet :(
4K Monitor < might have 3 all 3 screens though!:rolleyes:

if you go a few feet larger than mine you need permission.

but mines just under. it works on Floor area. & if its a permanent structure.
being wood, you can say it can be dismantled (unlike bricks etc)
Total cost For just the Cabin/wiring/Floor/insulation Around £11k
that's without the contents :p

I don't know why you didn't plaster the whole inside including ceilings? Wood paneling has a mad 70s vibe.

You could have used the cavity behind the plasterboard to trunk cables/hide all the wires from PC.
