Even the slightest of knocks sideline players during the international break, there's every chance he'll be ready to play in the derby (I hope).

Miki has an injury and is a serious doubt of the derby.

I really cant stand international football.

Given that he's featured for about 20 mins so far this premier league season, do you think that is going to make a huge impact?

Completely share your sentiment overall regarding international matches, but it's not like we just lost an in form player if you get me?

problem is that he could have been a super sub in the problematic rw area

Lingard has got good pace, and got some .....fortuitious goals recently, and while better than Mata in that particular position is still a weak spot (well actualy the whole right side is weak)

with mkhy out makes the front 4 /formation totally predictable, would love JM to come out with a 4-3 -3 now but unfortunately this isnt likely

First start seemed too much coupled with the rest of the team playing badly meant it was difficult.
Hopefully should get sorted with a few games.

It was his passing and hold up play that was the issues.

Wonder what changes Mourinho will make for this weeks game.

It was a tactical fail to select both lindgard and Miki after neither had started a game this season. They were both off the pace and looked well, awful.

We looked so much better without them there constantly messing up.

In other news, Utd have written off schweinsteiger value of 6.7 million! Surely we can sell him to someone in China or something?

Anyone else a bit frustrated paying 90m for Pogba to play as one of the holding two? It seems a massive waste, he was anonymous there for France in the Euros and he's not exactly set the world alight for us. Even when he goes past two players he's still on the halfway line so it doesn't really open anything up.

Phil Jones apparently missing training through injury and hasn't even played a single minute :D Mkhitaryan also missing but he's supposedly out for the next 3 games.

Is JM ever going to choose a 4-3-3 formation consistantly? Unfortunately I doubt it, and I cant see how anyone will get Rooney's spot unless he is injured.

Give him time, he's been playing in a completely different league for 4 years (and its not exactly as though he played a lot of EPL games before he left in the first place).

What an absolute shocker!!!!

I've just moved a load of posts to the midweek spoilers thread. Please keep any chat about the game in the relevant spoilers threads.

IIRC no team were crowned PL champs losing more than 6 league games in a season. We have lost a third of that amount already.
Begs the question, has "The Special One" lost his mojo?

Wednesday, may bring further embarrassment
