The mega 'What are you buying your better half for Christmas?' ideas, suggestions and gloat thread

Got mine a Barbour hat, scarf and gloves set from the dog, we don't usually buy each other anything as we just get what we want throughout the year.
 
We don't buy each other presents, just spend the cash on another break away.

Actually, sometimes we do but only if one of us really, really wants something.
 
I have bought her a pack of 2B pencils with rubbers on - Also will give her a Pack of 10 spiral notebooks I bought a few years ago because she has used up the last few from years ago (she writes lists to herself)
And big present - a new pair of sewing scissors.
I did buy her a gold neckless 25 yrs ago but now she cannot undo the clasp because it's small and at our age your fingers stop working so said take it to jewellers and get bigger clasp fitted and I will pay if it's less than 10 quid.

I really do hate xmas - why do we stuff ourselves with food and boose but never any other time of year.
I am a right misery guts. :(

A lamp that she explicitly asked for and already witnessed the delivery of as she was the one at home when a box with the picture of it on the side arrived.

We're such romantics.

My wife's birtdoy is on Sunday, got her a few little goodies for that. Our Christmas this year is in the bin as we're moving house, so we've spent £lol on furniture and stuff instead.
