* The Metal Thread *

A "treat" he says, tell that to my poor bleeding ears!

The other way around is much better where a group re-recorded St.Anger without the crap audio mixing and it sounds really good although the vocals are a tadge poor for me!

EDIT - This one

I have to agree, that is bloody brilliant !!

video has ben removed, but I remember Faith No More, I couldn't really get into them, I listened to them now and again
I remember one Album "Angel Dust"

Fixed the video, Epic came out just as I started college many moons ago and I've loved them since. The live set at download and Sol Invictus that was released a few weeks ago were well Epic ;)

New Lamb of God album out tomorrow

this track is rather good, has a fair amount of Alice in Chains about it

Been listening to some of the tracks and I think I prefer the days when they were Burn The Priest and the earlier albums. Still going to get this, will grab it on MP3.

Also been listening to Ultra-Violence recently, not heard them before, Italian Thrash Metal band. Good stuff, well worth checking out if you are into your Thrash Metal.

just listening to it now, you're right erase this is awesome...randy sounds amazing on this album. I haven't listened to them since AOTW but this is great.

I've really got into Clutch since seeing them at Download where they played a blinding set

Video for a track from the new album

I never knew there was a metal thread on here! On a side note, never seen Clutch, but they look wicked live. If they play in Wolverhampton I might just have to go and see them.

Let me throw this into the works...

i bloody love this band

They're touring in late November, definitely going to see them for probably the dozenth time.

The Summer Sound Attack album on Spotify and Earth Rocker live have been doing their best to trash the speakers in my car...fortunately the HK system seems to have been designed with extreme volume in mind ;)

Despite my username, haven't listened to Opeth in a long time.

Been listing to their first two albums over the last two days in FLAC.

Wow. Just Wow.

Morningrise is an absolute musical Odyssey.

I so hope they return to their origins and abandon this new prog stuff they've been making over the last few years.
