Tbh I thought their latest one (self titled 2) is much better than daylight dies. Or maybe that's just because I've heard my curse so many times now thanks to rockband/guitar hero it's just become annoying

Alive and Just Breathing was my fave. Jesse Leach was a much better singer imo.

Anyone want to recommend me some new bands to listen to? I've trawled through some of this thread but nothings grabbing my attention really. I like Metallica/Pantera/Iron Maiden/Godsmack. Don't like anything too incoherent - so no endless screeching and definitely no 'emo' metal type stuff. Also not into anything too 'fast'. Any ideas?

Man, you should check out Clutch, you'd love them. A good mix of all of those bands you like, they come under the genre stoner rock apparently Youtube mob goes wild.

Clutch are fantastic. I saw them live at Download and they were excellent.

The last concert I went to was a while ago, Slipknot with Machinehead and Children of Bodom. Got there too late(ish) for CoB, loved Slipknot, but the gig was made by Machinehead. The pit's were frantic and my mate had never been in one lol. Scared witless, or close too lol.

Listening to Divine Heresy a lot recently, that and Rammstein.
