Stay away from my castle, sick of getting spammed by OCUKers who nearly double my castle level stealing my lewtz lol. I want it to have a chance at least.

Yeah I raided one of the other OCUK folks castles who had him and thought "ooh he's a %^$" forgot how annoying he was from doing his castle a few days ago!
Might swap him out though and put tons of mobs in, I don't mind being raided tbh, enjoy the replays usually

Hahaha I know! After the gate didn't open I thought it was all over .. But time seemed to stop after I bust the door down, even though the gate was still closed? Weird. Very close though yeah, I was pretty sure I was gonna walk into one of those fire things on the way back and be denied my loot

With the new patch, everything can be bought/upgraded with the real cash bought 'Bling' currency. Now, although this means if your loaded you can buy the best stuff for your castle it doesn't force you in having to do so.
I don't personally care if someone wants to pay for stuff, the fun in this type of game is slowly building your castle up whilst raiding and levelling up your character.
As for the loot grind, It's far better imo as the amount of purple/orange gear that drops has been increased. The weapons/gear that drop are substantially better than anything you can buy.

TB brings up some points that I agree with, however I don't see things quite as doomfueled as he suggests, yes they should probably rethink the way blings are used, but its not really spoiling anyones gameplay.
Oh and for anyone that is interested, reconfigured my castle to be packed full of nice chewy derps (level 18 irrc)

Totalbiscuit is a total moron though, he's forgetting that 'paying 2 win' in this game is still impossible. Say you spend £1,000 getting a maxed out castle with maxed out upgraded mobs and bosses, then what? He talks as though your castle level won't change. The castle levels skyrocket with significant upgrades. Great, again lets say you've spent £1,000 maxing your castle out completely, enjoy getting spammed by level 30 heroes who smash through your defenses anyway...
