Damn, I almost forgot about the Kooks, awful band, I'm just glad they've had their 15 minutes as the lead singer had one of the most annoying voices ever.
hot chip are great. decent music and decent guys.

I'd go with this bunch too. I was unlucky enough to get on the guest list to see them quite a few years ago so I thought why not. Now I know why not.

I think Muse would have to rank as one of my most disliked bands and weirdly I only used to joke about disliking them to annoy someone else but the more I listened to them the more I started to think that I'd instinctively taken the right standpoint. I'm sure that technically they are great and their music means a lot to lots of people but there is just something about them that irritates me. Then again they're one of my most disliked bands (outside of McFly, Busted etc etc) and I barely consider them most of the time.
Hot Chip don't bother me one way or the other, they've got some reasonably catchy stuff and some dross so I'd go with calling them a bit average.
