I’m still convinced there’s a decent player in there somewhere, the only problem is he plays more as a wingback for them and we don’t tend to play WBs.Tavares with his second goal for Marseille in as many games
Hopefully its a master stroke loaning him and he can come back next season a different player
Anyone here an Arsenal member who buys tickets from the Arsenal site? I'm a silver member, the wife is red and I have 2 junior gunners. Never had issues getting tickets in the past for any of us other than a bit of queuing. This morning at 09:00 I log in to get tickets for the Liverpool game for me and the wife. I was put in a small queue then got entry but as tickets aren't available till 10:00 the Liverpool game wasn't showing. I refresh every couple of minutes then at around 09:35 it sticks me in a queue again. At 10:00 the queue updates and says i have a 35 minute wait! How is that possible? How on earth do you get to be early in the queue? I'm guessing there will be nothing left by the time I've got in.

So the above is due to massive demand for tickets, all games have sold out on day 1 for silver members so the only tickets available at 10:00 today was the 3.5k held back for red members. Basically very little chance of me and the wife getting tickets for the same game and no chance of sitting next to each other.

Don't hold your breath, I've been in the queue for about 14 years and last time I checked had barely moved position. I signed my son up to Junior Gunners last year and he'll probably get Silver before me, because they jump the queue.
Junior gunners don't jump the queue. They join the waiting list according to date they are first signed up. I have 1 just about to become a red member next season and 1 the following season.
OK, maybe I misunderstood something I read years ago.
Like the poster above I do find it annoying that I can't see position on the waiting list for Silver online after upgrading to Season ticket waiting list, why can't they just display both. Think in the space of about 7(?) years I only moved position from iirc around 23000 to 18000, at that rate I guess it's down to maybe 15k by now, only another 20 years to go. What I've found a bit odd is I've seen posts online from people saying they only had to wait like 8-10 years to get silver but I've been waiting a lot longer than that.

I applied for the season ticket waiting list about 8 years ago and I’m still 4030 on the list. It’s fairly easy to get tickets as a red member though.

Contract news bubbling along now. According to reports, they are dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s on Saka and Martinelli‘s, and are progressing nicely with Saliba’s.
Saka’s getting £200k a week with a CL release clause. I imagine Martinelli will be getting quite a bit less.
Rumours of Saliba getting £100k a week, but I find that highly optimistic. He should be demanding at least £150-200k pw

Saliba has only played 8 games. Relax. If he still playing this good after 80 games, then we can talk lol
