I've always used 3/8" tubing (feser this time) but it looks a bit lost in a case this big .
Need to get my cathodes installed to light up the tubing as you can't really see it through the tinted window + rest of drives etc.
Don't think i'll bother putting coils on .. looks cleaner this way i think.
Edit -prob should have turned the pump around so it runs in front of the gfx card.. will sort it next time i'm changing tubing.
Will get the pump seated a bit higher up since it's not making full contact with the gel stuff.
I'm using TIM-Consultants - T-C Grease™ 0098 Thermal Interface Material this time... not sure that's the reason for change in temps - prob cleaning dust from rads and that also.
When i had the stock cooler on (first time ever) it was at 39 at 1.1v and i'm at 33 now at 1.32v.
I never wanted to use a bay res but couldn't fit the xspc res under the false floor + it had scum water marks on it that i couldn't get rid of.
I've made a few changes inside my case namely modifying the bs-08 cooler so I could attach it behind the hdd cage instead. It was using far too much space in the pci slots.
Also I just wanted to post some pics from my brother's new camera
