I'm getting just above 40deg idle. The case isn't the best for air cooling but it's still pretty good.

could't you holesaw a 114mm hole and wack a 120mm skythe in there to cool it down?

Yeah it's ok - I got that.
Mine is still too messy below the mobo for my liking, but I don't really know how to tidy it up any better....
Airflow is still top-notch though - comes in through the HDD bay and there's plenty of circulation. The 2 exhaust fans at the top and 1 directly behind the sink help a fair bit as well.
