Those front fans looks like they're exhausting out the frontor are they reversed?

My latest new build. Still want some better fans and some case lighting.. but happy with it so far!! 
I am not a gamer so the 7770 is way overkill for what i use the pc for. Anyone know where i can get a white based sticker for the 7770??? That red doesnt go at all
Cable management not so good lol.... Need to change that pesky yellow sata for a white one too!!!
