just a taster. More pics to follow I'm sure. been a while since my last post in this thread!

put my system into my bioshock case, needed the extra cooling headroom for the extra overclocking headroom, for extra rendering headroom. only problem is, all this headroom is taking up a lot of space in my bedroom! these are my uni digs, hence the crap furnishings and stupid small desk :(

fairly standard components inside - Q9650 @ 4Ghz, 8800ultra, xfi, p5q / p45 board.

cooling is a triple thermochill, DDC, a special XSPC block ;), the last availible black ice pro double rad, and EK chipset / gfx blocks. absolutly nuts koolance fans, T-Balanced ofcourse.

Cheers. Yeah the 5770's in cf are little beautys. I can run everything at 5040x 1050 res at max settings and they handle it fine. CODMW2 im getting 50fps, nfs shift 50fps and WOW around 90. Only game i have to turn the settings down slighty for is dirt 2 to average 45fps.
My temps? Well the cpu idles at 30 degrees, full load at 60.
And the bottom card idles at 30 and at full load at around 70. The top cards stays 10 degrees higher, but thats understandable with how close they are.
You should definatley get a third monitor, i cant recommend eyefinity highly enough!!

argh, I know... tell me about it! I used it once for a demo case for skulltrail when it was released a couple years ago while I was at my last job, and since then it's been sitting in a box. It was about to be sold, but I'm glad I kept it. It's getting put to very good use at uni now I cant complain.

this is one of the only pics I have of it with skulltrail inside.

You can drop me a line mate, but I'm already getting people asking for work and I'll have to do it on a first come first served basis. I'm full time at uni now, so I can only really work during the summer :( trying to find somewhere to paint around where I'm living now though (Bolton)
