*** The New Cases Gallery ***

Had to mount fans on the outside of the case or the front rad wouldn't fit, probably going to change to a slimmer 360 in the front though to avoid that.

Will redo most of the runs again since they are not perfect as it was my first time bending.

Yes but not as bought, i bought a Be quiet silent loop 120 and replaced everything including tubing/fittings and switched the rad to a 180mm magicool.

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/magicool-copper-radiator-180mm-wc-002-ma.html

That was the plan when i bought it to avoid trying to fit in a separate pump/res and keep it looking clean.

The rad has extra ports you can use to fill, much easier than using the port on the block.

Also had to switch the gpu to the other slot to fit although i guess i could have put the rad on the other side.

Ive just changed the last fan (cpu) in my Cooltek W2 silver case. Now all my fans are the Areocool DS (Black) and they look cool.

Don't you worry about the SSD trapping heat between HDD/SDD?

not sure that would really be an issue would it? i mean most HDDs dont produce that much heat.. unless your writing files constantly
and its a WD green which i believe use less power so less heat

although ive never stacked drives like this so wouldnt know, id be more concerned with the vibration than the heat

The SSD is raised up a few mm from the HDD with a few rubber pads, so it should stop any vibration aswel.. I was thinking about hiding all the drives with a cover that I could print out on my 3d printer, but I guess the 3 drives would get a bit tosty even with air vents in the cover?

Here are the temps for my drives atm

if you did something similar to the PSU shrouds you get in other cases with air vents it should be ok.. temps may raise slightly but shouldnt be anything too bad

Well if I do try to make one, bear in mind I am totally rubbish at 3d modeling, I will leave the rear of the drives uncovered as that's where all the leads are.

Finally decided on a new case and had it delivers today. I was using a Corsair 400c which has been great but I was looking for something a little different and with a glass side panel.
I'd been back and forth between the define C and meshify C as well as the inwin 101.
Eventually picked up the 101 as the define is too similar to the 400c and comes in more expensive than the 101. Anyways a few pics of the before and after. Also finally sorted out a new desk, I keep my set up in the loft due to space so next on the list is to sort the walls as the last owner boarded the loft out but didn't do the best job, but I'm happy with it for now
