Is it the length or width that's too big? The GPU i mean :)

Have you thought of a vertical GPU mount?

yeah, its the width that is the problem, plenty lengh!

I have ordered a 2060 as a stop gap for the imediate future, a bit of a step down from my 2080 but still seems a semi-capable GPU!

Im not so keep on the vertical mounting mate, plus did you not have to pay extra for the mounting kit??

Shame as it looks stunning mate.

Yes, the vertical kit was an extra £40 - Its the Coolermaster one so a half decent brand, didn't want to go cheap as like you i was cautious of mounting my 2080ti into it but i have nothing but praise for it, has dropped my temps on air by about 3-4 degrees as well.

Keep us posted as to how it all goes, look forward to seeing it without the protective film.

Thanks mate. I really am loving this case!

no I swapped it out for a 1070ti that I bought from the members market.

It’s the ASUS STRIX but still a lovely card, just the 2080 I had was a beast!

Just an update on my build after throwing an Alphacool Hurricane 360 and a 2080ti Waterblock in the mix.

I admit, in my haste to install the loop i didnt really plan ahead and as a result i feel it needs to be drained an properly planned, looks a bit messy i feel but the temps are outstanding.

Hey all, newbie (ish) to PC's here as only on pc since earlier this year but my god it is addictive.

I started out with a plan to just "give it a try" and keep it cheapish (under 1k)..... that went to pot once i got the bug.

Brought most of the parts from overclockers and built it all myself after doing a lot of reading up (especially around the water cooling as first time doing that is very nerve racking.

Used to be a big petrol head and was on the forums there which I found really helpful for tips and learning and seemed a good idea to join a community and hopefully learn some more and not get too tempted by your builds.

Not that high spec currently but I am proud of how far it has come and that i have done all the mods myself to make it my own.

Spec:

Coolermaster MB530P
TUF Gaming x570 plus
Ryzen 5 2600
2x 8gb Corsair Vengance
Aorus RTX 2060
Corsair LL120 x6
EK soft tube loop
WD Black nvme m.2 SSD

I use the PC for gaming mainly (Destiny 2, Division, Borderlands etc) but i also wired it up so i can dock my work laptop in and have multiscreen at home as makes my job (data analyst) a lot easier having multiple screens.

Sure you will all know but just incase anyone would like to know, the skin on desktop (tv) is a mix of wallpaper engine and rainmeter that I've edited to my own preferences.

Please dont be to harsh on me but look forward to hopefully learning from you all and picking up some tips. I apologise in advance for the bad quality photos but i am limited to a phone camera and photos are not my area.

Only just finished but already got plans for the next case ;)

Thanks, Ben
