from what i've read the big two in Spain are Fudged, cant remember which one but they have a massive short term loan that needs to be paid back and they are no where near making it.

agreed, it's why i fell out of love with it.. As much as i didn't like how all this was done and how it would have messed up the English league i was thinking this could have been the reset the game needed. Lets be honest UEFA and FIFA really need to be dealt with.

I cant see how you can punish the owners without punishing the club I'm afraid. It would have to hurt their pockets and that means hurting everyone else..

I cant see how they can just be forced out unless there is some new regulatory body to deal with this type of thing.

The charge of bringing the game into disrepute implies a negative moral assessment made by society. Accordingly, we would suggest that Rule E3 (1) should only be invoked in charges for actions which society actually finds reprehensible, such as racism or homophobia.
