exactly, its ok. Not good enough to be a GM.The 24-70 I have is ok
Before the camo cover goes on.
Attaching a Peak Design Slide strap to each lug so that the body/lens hangs vertically downward on my right hip when carried diagonally from my left shoulder. One thing though, I've noticed that the clip mechanism on the Slide then rubs against the left side of the base of the camera. I thought about getting a gel cover for the body but that would mean I couldn't use the extension grip so somewhat reluctantly I've attached my battery grip instead. How are you using the anchor point?
Are you not using the lugs on the 200-600 to attach a strap?I usually mount top left camera and bottom right on the L bracket. The bracket I only bought to expand the grip, not sure if I want to buy a battery grip. it’s just uncomfortable without anything. Shame it’s not like my eos r grip wise
The 24-70 gm is a dreadful lens for the money. I’ve had two copies and been disappointed with both. The 24-105 is better imo but I’m tempted to try the sigma.
I bought one from my local sony store. On my A7Rii it was dreadful, just about every shot looked like it had missed focus. I took it back and they said it was fine after testing it on other cameras (not a mk2). Rep came out from sony and agreed there was an issue as he had the same issues on a mk2 he had so it was exchanged and a new one ordered. Exactly the same problems with the new lens when it arrived. I was looking at a A7Riii anyway so I upgraded and it sorted the focus issues out. From 24 to 50mm it was ever so slightly sharper than the 24-105 and was usable but from 50mm onwards my god it was soft. I went back and tried another sample, same results with that one so I cut my losses and got rid. I've seen a few reviews say the same as me and some that rate the 24-105 a better lens. I showed sony a number of posts from google of people complaining about missed focus but as it was only on the mk2 I doubt they've done anything about it. He was supposed to be reporting back to sony about it though.Dreadful how exactly?

Strange how it was so bad on the mk2 bodies though but then I have an eos r that refuses to work with the canon 100mm macro L, the lens is noisy as hell with the IS on and is unusable. Same lens works fine one my R4 with the mc-11 lol.Ah ok, makes sense why you weren't a fan then! I've got one paired with my A7R3 and it's spot on to be fair.
Because it is amazeballs?
Joking aside, if you're not into 144hz gaming or need thunderbolt connectivity it is an incredibly good value for money giving what it offers - I paid €580 and it got me...
34" Ultrawide 21:9 Screen
3440x1440p QHD Display
IPS Display - 178 degree viewing angles
99% RGB Coverage, also it comes calibrated out of the box with the profile saved in it (you get a report with it)
5m:1 Contrast ratio
DisplayPort 1.2 Tech (if needed)
USB 3.0 Hub built in
Built in speakers are also decent for what they are
Freesync tech, also overclockable upto 75hz - so for your regular single player FPS games/non competitive stuff it does a great job.
PnP tech
It has some handy software where it effectively splits itself into multiple monitors, amazing for productivity.

Speaking from my brief experience on it so far, its a photographers/videographers dream. Amazing colour replication, so much space for tools and viewing space! You can work on panoramic images without having to zoom!

In short, any other monitor of this size is a considerble hike in price over for small incremental upgrades.
When you start getting to the bigger upgrades like 144hz you're talking a good few hundred more.
