I dont play games but if its an ok performing GPU then snow leopard will be fine on it, no restrictions I assume/hope

so how would call of duty 4 perform on these new chips?

Apple reckon they're 1-6x faster than the current ones. They claim 16 pipes, so, depending on frame buffer, clock speed, bus width and the like, it should be around X800 speed, which isn't bad at all for a 13" laptop.
