Mine said that, It should be right, I mean I have the invoice email and stuff detailing how much I'd be charged. You've got proof if they over charge you, but I doubt they will. Check your bank anyway. Both my £10 games came with invoices stating the full price. I've had that from other companies too. It would be a lot less stressful for the customer if they did put discounts on the receipts they use, since they do cause confusion at times.
 
After cancelling my pre order I had a wander into asda this morning before coming to the office, their instore deal was £197 + any game for £15, so I just thought bugger it and picked one up figuring if I hate it I can return it.

Grabbed a black 3DS, pilotwings, ridge racer and the executive case, guys rings it all up I pay for it, not really paying attention, I get to work look at the receipt and see I have only been charged £218, check the list and only 3 items show up console, game and case, so not sure whats happened either he forgot to ring up a game or the till messed up but either way, very happy I walked into asda this morning.

Got some work to do so havn't tried it out yet just got it charging at the moment, but I have to say I quite like the new unit, doesn't look as "bulky, ugly" as some reviewers have said, although I did see a Blue one and wasn't keen and it generally feels like a solidly built bit of kit.

Grrr, same here.

Anyone elses 3DS have a little pock mark on each of the surfaces? It's a little hard to see but if it's just on mine it will really annoy me.
 
Tummy don't worry about that. Its good.but the current games aren't mindblowing. Give it a few weeks/months to see. I tested one in game the other day its good, but I maintain no immediate necessity to go and buy right now.

Did you check your email I sent to you the other day.

Have been messing around with Pilotwings and AR for 30 mins or so, enjoying it and the 3D effect is quite cool but have to admit if your not sure wether you should buy one now or not I would probably say wait for games you really want before buying, unless your feeling flush then just grab one now while there are some nice launch price deals kicking about.
 
Ok so I've been playing my 3DS for the past 2 hours and I've gotta say I'm impressed by face raiders!

I've completed the first level of Splinter Cell I'm slightly disappointed because I thought it'd be more like the PS2/Xbox version rather than a watered down version maybe I was expecting too much?

I was under the illusion that Resident Evil Mercs was being released as a launch title as well as I had some spare change I was going to pick it up, I'm debating whether to go Mo's and get SSFIV or something else whilst the games are £29.99.

I haven't tried any normal DS games yet however I might pop Pokemon White in now and see how bad it looks...
 
My Amazon order just arrived - only got despatch notification last night (3 different ones split between 5:30pm and 8:30pm) and all 3 packages arrived, via Royal Mail.

Obviously their logistics is better than expected.
 
Well the Jungle place have made an almighty **** up of some sort... Just got off the phone to customer services and there's some investigation going on as to why a load of people don't have their 3DSs on release day.

They wouldn't confirm whether they will expedite deliveries that were set to 1st class either - awaiting update via email... Last time I preorder anything from them...

I'm not fuming like many others as the 3DS isn't for me, but I can understand that there are some really angry/upset people out there. Amazon obviously can't handle release day events like this properly.
