I can't decide whether to get an E71 or an E66. For someone who has never used a QWERTY keyboard on a phone before, is it easy to get used to typing on the E71? Is it practical to type on the E71 using only one hand? Also, is typing on a QWERTY as quick as it can be on a regular T9 keypad?
I love the design of both of them. I want the larger capacity battery of the E71 but then I don't know if typing on it will annoy me, coming from regular keypads. Similarly, could I just make do with the poorer battery performance of the E66? Hmm.
Any comments would be appreciated, esp. E71 users who were new to QWERTY and also those who have used both E71 and E66! Thanks![]()
The one problem i do have is that i could connect to the net using the orange internet at first but all of a sudden tonight i can not. I have gon into the set up wizard and done the operators settings again but still no luck. Anyone have any idea's?
Had exactly the same problem with my w980 last night, but it seems to be working this morning.
.Hey guys. It's upgrade time for me and the E71 looks like it does everything I want. Just a few questions I have though. I'm gonna be using the phone as an MP3 player, but I have no idea what the sound quality is like or the mp3 software itself. Also, can you change tracks with side buttons? (also, do you get headphones in the box?) Secondly, how good is the camera? I don't need it to be amazing but I'd like half decent images.
Lastly, How good is the internet browsing? The resolution isn't huge so it was just a concern I had really. How does it compare to the G1?
Cheers
PC Suite should allow you to do that...One question which I can't find the answer for, can I use the E71 to connect to my laptop using bluetooth so I can use the E71 as a modem and surf on the laptop?
With One Touch Access, you can establish network connections using packet data (in GPRS or 3G networks, depending on the phone and network capabilities). Connection can be established via cable, infrared, or Bluetooth wireless technology.
