Savanna Dry Cider.

STILL cooking. Should be a tasty dinner though. Here's my pretentious sounding menu, but it's actually all quite straight forward:

Seared Scallops upon Celeriac Purée, topped with Black Olive Tapenade plus Oysters.
Mocha Steak with Oyster Mushroom Sauce.
Green Tea and Vanilla Panna Cotta.
Champagne and Strawberries.

Should be good!

Bollinger La Grande Année 2002.

Not normally a fan of champagne but I bought this a while back to keep for a special occasion and it's actually quite good. I'm not sure I'd be inclined to spend £70 for it on a regular basis - I can get an excellent bottle of malt for the same money - but, for a special occasion, it's quite nice.

The 'special occasion' is a bit of a cheat really. Celtic won today and now only need 1 point from 6 games to win the SPL - in all likelihood they will win the league next week but I won't be able to have a drink to celebrate. I'm off to Egypt to work tomorrow and will be on an oil rig for the next month so I'm doing my celebrating now while I can :D
