been working all day, feet are killing me belly is empty....

Ran to tescozis...

2x Tiger
1x Kronenbourg
1x san miguel
1x magners pear
1x Tesco every day Margherita, which is far better than I thougth it would be for £1.50

Just grabbed a selection of what felt coldest in the fridges lol

I think it's coffee, but I'm not 100%.

It's from a jar, with no label, that I found in a cupboard when clearing out my Dads house...

It's not very nice. It could actually be some dodgy Ukrainian tea... I put it through my coffee machine as whatever it was didn't dissolve when I made my first cup. I also put a teaspoon of Carte Noir instant in the bottom so there's a good chance I'm drinking tea and coffee...

2nd coffee today and overhang free :)

Lucky you. Mine's slowly dissipating.
Finished my tea and had 3 weetabix and now preparing a large cup of Bolivia Finca Copacobana Organic coffee. That should complete the cure.
Had about a litre of Highland Spring water so far as well. Need to get fluid levels stabilised.
