Local winemark moved closer to my house and into a bigger shop, took a look in for the first time tonight determined to grab a few things i've never had before and left with these.

Already drank the Asahi, not a bad beer at all.
Still not made my mind up on the sour mash brew though.

Camden Pale Ale.

Nice head to it and the hops come through really well in the nose. However, they aren't that great in the taste though there is a lingering bitter. It's very drinkable, which results in that lingering bitter sodding off as you gulp down another sip!
Pleasant enough, but nothing amazing. It's a summer day beer rather than a winter's eve. Pass the Porter!

Guinness if i've just been paid, Ruddles if I haven't. If there's a bitter or stout on tap that I haven't tried i'll give it a go. Tried a pint of Director's from Courage, a really lovely pint, nice and smooth with a lovely stouty flavour, ended up drinking it all night.
