Well having seriously enjoyed the 'Little Creatures Pale Ale' I've moved onto...

...and what a difference! No, equally enjoyed but with such a light yet lingering pleasant taste it has to be experienced... best would be a hot summers day while watching the steaks cook upon the BBQ :)

Just opened my first ever bottle of Old Crafty Hen, something tells me I am going to be drinking a lot more of this!

6.5%, £2.95 a bottle....but 3 for £5 at Tesco :)

One of my favourite tipples when I was at college in the 80s was McEwans 80/-. I might have to give that one a try :) Where did you get it from?

Just poured a glass of Jura Superstition and my first thought after the first mouthful was "Meh - a bit meek". I used to really like Superstition but I now find it insipid. Thankfully, the bottle is nearly finished (the remainder may well be reserved for making hot chocolate).

Next one will be a Quarter Cask to make up for the disappointment ;)
