Just finished work and about to watch Top Gear on I Player with a few ciders - no pictures but I'm about to start on my second Stella Artois Cidre

One of my favourite tipples when I was at college in the 80s was McEwans 80/-. I might have to give that one a try
Where did you get it from?Just poured a glass of Jura Superstition and my first thought after the first mouthful was "Meh - a bit meek". I used to really like Superstition but I now find it insipid. Thankfully, the bottle is nearly finished (the remainder may well be reserved for making hot chocolate).
Next one will be a Quarter Cask to make up for the disappointment

Hi Stan, I picked it up at my local beer shop which might be a bit of a trip for you mate Have a look at the Williams Brothers website as they have a postcode checker for local stockists, you might get lucky or failing that order from them direct.

Not necessarily my friend. Are you free this weekend?
The flight to Belfast isn't hugely expensive and I've been nowhere this time home so, a weekend in "Norn Iron" might well cheer me up somewhat.
If you're free and up for a bit of cultural exchange, I'm game

I went to the distillery a couple of years ago when I was on holiday (although another trip wouldn't go amiss - so I can pick up a bottle or two of the special 12yo).Currently drinking Earl Grey tea with a slice of M&S lemon drizzle traybake
I've got in some Belgian beers, in remembrence of my weekend there in December, for the footie tonight. Will be starting with Hoegarden with my curry followed by Leffe Blonde, then Leffe Brun and topping it all off with a couple of bottles of Duvel
