I got myself some cranberry juice with my last grocery shop as I've not had any in decades and I'm now slightly addicted to it. I forgot how good it tastes!
 
Got some Duvel for the first time which I'm 3/4 through. It's very nice and easy drinking. I think I thought it would be a bit more like Vedette 'Belgian IPA' though which remains my favourite Belgian style beer.
 
Can anyone recommend some really high quality beers I can gift my neighbor? He helped me lug like half a tonne of wood into my workshop the other day.
 
Need to know what style they like. Not much point in buying a load of wacky IPAs if they're really into lagers for example. Buying from a specialist or supermarket?
 
I've just discovered a micro pub across the road from where I work which stocks ABK Hell & ABK Pilsner. £4.20 & £4.10 per pint, respectively :eek:

Sat outside, in the sun, I could stop here all night :cry:

That’s proper sunshine beer and not badly priced if the pub isn’t a complete dive!
 
Next time your beardy friend pops around to tell you about the Viking weekend drinking Mead and beating chests in York, tell him, you are a massive fan of Vikings and offer them a glass of this :D :D :D

Not cheap, but wonderful in coffee or tea (only a thimble full though)
