Last night I had a coffee ale which was like Guinness but not so creamy. Was nice though.

Sierra Nevada. I'm so in love with it. So gutted that it costs £1.70 a bottle though!

What supermarkets normally stock it? Need to get some of that and some Punk for my brother and me at Christmas - that'll be in Perth so the usual Ingram Street Tesco isn't too practical

Anyway Jura Superstition. Not really a bedtime whisky.

I've bought it from both ASDA and Tesco in the last week. Not sure about Morrison's. Actually, I've bought it from the Tesco in Perth on Edinburgh Road before.
I'd get Trashy Blonde over Punk if I were you.

Have you been to The Good Spirit Company on Bath Street? They hold regular whisky tastings which might interest you. I've only been to one Port tasting event but it was very good.

I'm going to pour myself a Superstition, trying to make myself like it!

Black Grouse. Very smooth and drinkable with enough peatiness to keep me happy - definitely worth the £14 in Tesco.

Not right at this minute but just about to leave so in about an hour I shall be sinking my first drink of many (alcoholic of course). Some crazy fool decided to have the work Christmas night out in the early afternoon

Don't envisage me getting home before 4am so I will no doubt be in some state
