Yep working down in portrush, up on a scaffold all day with the sun beaming down on me. My arms are covered in paint specs, but it's to painful to scrub them off. Aftersun lotion and ice cold water for me tonight.

Brakspear Triple. Branching out to try more of Morrisons selection. Quite impressed with this, nice and malty, accompanied some stilton and diablo very well!

Budweiser in a glass of ice, another scorching hot day. Stopped of at the pub and had a few quick ones, then got some to take home with a big bag of ice.

Quite tasty. Morrisons ale section has doubled in sized overnight, I of course put this down solely to my sudden uptake of differant ale in the last 6 month... Glad they increased it as I was starting to run out of choice.
