Fancied a bit of a change tonight so I'm starting the evening with a glass of Harveys extra dry Tinto sherry. I'm getting mostly lemon zing with a distinct taste of burnt sugar and a little nuttiness. A very pleasant drink indeed. Mine is at room temperature so I've bunged it in the coldest part of the fridge (next to the bit that ices up) so my next glass will be cool. I think it will be even better and more refreshing when cool.
