Not technically now eating, but they have been smashed over the last week.
First up, some old school style meatballs, with some fresh pasta I whipped up.

And last but not least, I took a trip over the Beefy Boys for a little research / inspiration on Monday night. Can HIGHLY recommend them (I've literally tried 40+ burger places in the last 6 months, and they would be up the top of my list)
My lakeland version of the thermomix arrived this week, so I should have a few more creations over the weekend.
made the mistake of doing an american style grilled cheese with ham and girkins yesterday - so damn good I had to have annother today. So damn unhealthy!
