I hope you took some Rad-X before eating that.
I bought dinner for 6 of my family (mum, one of my brothers, sis in law, niece and her husband) at a restaurant tonight. Really delicious meal. Three had soup for starters. Main meals, one had pan fried calves liver with sauted onions and balsamic glaze with delicious creamy mash, mum had half rack of ribs, others had chicken breast al funghi which is chicken in a creamy sauce and woodland mushrooms served with saute potatoes, and I had spaghetti carbonara with a side of french fries. For desserts we had amazing waffles and pancakes! I had the pancakes with banana and maple syrup and asked them to swap cream for ice cream and add some crunch nuts. Absolutely awesome! Someone else had the waffles which I had a taste of, equally amazing. I'm stuffed

Not enough of these around hereDom's half and half
That looks incredible and nothing like dominos. I would have assumed Papa Johns with a crust like that. Our local Dominos do anemic floppy pizzas which can't even hold the weight of the toppings.
Fancied some salmon for lunch today, served with roasted Mediterranean veg + baby potatoes.

One of my favourite breakfasts. Avocado, smoked salmon and poached eggs on toast. Eggs a little overdone but not too much. Still tasty.
Cost me a large chunk of my daily calories and most of my daily fat but worth it. Mitigated somewhat by a 3 mile walk beforehand.

Last night I was feeling the above so had a late dinner of avo, prosciutto and egg on toast. I cooked up some of the ham so it was nice and crumbly for the top. Was beautiful.
This week I also ventured to Solita's in Manchester on the way back here. Met my brother there and had a big manc and some naga wings.
Went to Longhorn's BBQ in Newcastle the day before, it was OK. Meat cooked OK, but just didn't pack the flavour mine does.
And over Christmas did another Welly. It's my go to now!
Loads of other stuff over the holidays and now I need to eat properly and actually move a bit. #lardass

Looks great. Very authentic. What does BIR mean?Just cooked up a homemade BIR chicken vindaloo on a bed of basmati rice. It was full on flavour!
