Home made Mac and cheese. We followed Nadiya Hussain recipe with Wotsits!

We upgraded the recipe by adding bits of ham and tomato.

Came out great, despite over cooking it a bit.

Feeds 8 people so we had to go back for seconds. And we’ll have some tomorrow!

Thanks - it's James Martin dish with the lamb swapped for chicken thighs and you only cook in the oven for around 1/2 the time

Think the reason a lot of veggie sausages don't look at good as meat ones is that the often look a lot drier. That said once eating them I find the majority to be decent if not really good myself.

The textures can differ quite a bit between them too. And if anyone likes Richmond sausages try the vegan ones, they are pretty much identical in taste and texture!!

By all means Richmond aren't as good as some sausages but some people do like them!
