For dinner we had a joint of pork, mashed potato, then broccoli, green beans, sugarsnaps, sprouts, cabbage and peas steamed and then mixed up with some butter and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Delish!
Although a disaster occurred! My crackling wasn't puffed up enough for my liking so I put it under the grill, started sorting out my veg - and burnt the crackling
